Toilet (First Floor) – New Construction in the Hall‍

On the first floor, we created a completely new toilet in the location where there was originally a closet in the hallway. This required a full redesign and the installation of new plumbing and connections.

• Complete construction of the toilet from shell state.
• Installation of a wall-mounted toilet with Geberit in-wall system.
• New supply and drainage lines including hot and cold water connections for a washbasin.
• Electrical installation: light with a switch, one power outlet.
• Replacement of the mechanical ventilation unit with a new connection.
• Integration of the ventilation system behind a tiled inspection door.
• Installation of a new HR++ roof window for natural light.
• Finishing with wall and floor tiles, plastered and painted ceiling.

Toilet (Ground Floor) – Minimalist Upgrade‍

The existing ground-floor toilet was updated for a fresher look while preserving functional elements.

• Installation of a plasterboard wall to conceal the sewage pipes from above.
• Wall-mounted toilet with Geberit system.
• Tiling work applied to the new wall; existing floor and wall tiles were preserved.
• Ceiling plastered and painted for a clean finish.
• Existing washbasin was retained.

Kitchen – New Installations and Technical Connections‍

The old kitchen was completely removed to make way for a new layout.

• Removal of the existing kitchen.
• Adjustment of plumbing and drainage.
• Installation of a new 2-phase Perilex outlet for a modern induction hob.

Bathroom – Modernization and Cabinet Solution‍

The ground-floor bathroom was renovated with a focus on functionality.

• Adjustment of piping and finishes around an existing cabinet.
• General renovation and optimization of existing features.

Garden – Tiling and New Layout‍

The backyard was redesigned to create more space for greenery, relaxation, and walkability.

• Removal of the old paving.
• Installation of a new terrace on concrete foundation.
• Expansion of the seating area with a canopy.
• Lowered planting zones for greenery and trees.

Balcony – Floor Refresh‍

The balcony on the first floor was updated with a new floor finish for a fresh and low-maintenance result.

Other Adjustments – Floor Structure and Radiators

• Existing built-in radiators were decommissioned.
• New floor structure with wooden beams, finished with OSB panels and new laminate flooring.
• Relocation and repainting of an existing radiator in a later phase.
