Discover our stylish transformation of an Amsterdam apartment, where modern aesthetics and functionality come together in an elegant redesign.
This major renovation in Amsterdam starts with a completely redesigned bathroom. Equipped with a mood board, 3D visualizations, and detailed floor plans, this space has now been given a fresh, modern look. The renovation includes a shower room behind a sliding door, a towel radiator, a sink and lighting, with grey tiles on the floors and walls that visually enlarge the space.
A remarkable change in the living space is the removal of the wall between the living room and bedroom, which has been replaced by an elegant glass wall with a sliding door in a black steel frame. This gives the apartment an open and airy feel. Walls have also been removed at the entrance to further open up the space. All walls (240 m²) were plastered, smoothed, primed and painted; almost all in white, with two accent walls in stylish grey. The old laminate floor has been replaced by a beautiful new herringbone PVC floor with black skirting boards, spread over an area of 95 m².
Outside, three automatic blinds were removed and the gaps filled. Five new blinds were installed inside, along with a quartz window sill in the living room. A new cable duct has been installed for the air conditioning, and a CAT-8 internet cable is neatly hidden in the wall to the studio. In addition, 10 double sockets (20 sockets in total) and 5 light switches were installed, all with a beautiful matte black finish.
This project has not only improved the aesthetics of the home, but also significantly increased functionality and liveability, resulting in a seamless integration of comfort and modern technology.
